• Tour date transfers are subject to availability and should be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

• Monarch Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to exceptional circumstances, providing clients with a prompt refund.

• Refunds can be processed up to 28 days before the tour start date.

• Cancellations are subject to a 25% booking and admin fee + overnight fee of £220 per night (unless Monarch Tours is able to secure a refund from the accommodation provider) , with no refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour start time.
